Situated in QUAREGNA, in the heart of the textile region of BIELLA (ITALY), FLAINOX has been operating in the dyeing/finishing plant and machinery construc­tion sector for over 30 years being founded in 1968. We are specialised in construction of rotary dye-extractors for dyeing garments and seamless articles made of cotton and polyamide (i.e. body-size, underwear, swimwear, aerobic sportswear, etc.) with final hydro-extraction type NRP/UNIVERSAL.

THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THE DYEING OF BODY-SIZE, UNDERWEAR - SEAMLESS ARTICLES:
The machine could be infact equipped, at integration of the standard supply, also with a series of devices particularly suitable for the dyeing of seam-less articles. The machine is particularly suitable for dyeing ready-made garments, i.e. sweaters, t-shirts, trousers, socks, jackets, jeans, panty-hoses, hosiery. The garments may be composed by 100% woven/knitted cotton, acrylic, nylon, polyamide, wool, microfibres, silk and rayon.
It is also pre-arranged for the “SUPERWASH” treatment, pigment dyeing, the chemical washing with enzymes and other finishing process. Therefore, this is a very versatile machine that responds at the requirements of flexibility of the market.

ARC/HT

Rotary machine for the dyeing of ready made garments - body – underwear The machine is ideal for laboratory samplings and small productions. Its constructive and working characteristics are the same of the production machines to obtain better lots reproducibility.

Special air finishing machine for fabrics in rope

Introduced for the first time at ITMA '95, MULTIFINISH - machine for special air finishing of fabrics in rope - allows to obtain swelling and to exalt the tact (the so called touch") of knitted and woven fabrics without sudden and irregular banging or impact against metallic griddles or walls by simply exploiting the kinetic force generated by the "Venturi" pipe.

With the new “PIROGA” machine range, specifically designed for the dyeing of woven and knitted fabrics, we have introduced major new innovative (patented) applications which make it a truly unique machine.

NRP/EVOLUTION – 2000 - Rotary dye-extractor

Our NEW rotary dye-extractor is the “NRP/EVOLUTION - 2000”.This machine has been projected to be completely automatic in each function, in particular way to facilitate the loading and unloading of the material. These operations may be done in semi-automatic way or completely robotized through shuttle.
The unloading operation is done at the end of the cycle positioning the basket drum creating a “chute”, allowing to the material to fall into a trolley. For the manual loading, the drum is positioned to create a “bag” in order to receive easily the material to be dyed.
